Influencing Design Culture at Citrix

Catherine Courage, Senior VP of customer experience at Citrix, provides an excellent account of her and the company’s efforts to encourage a more design-centric culture.   Her summary of some of the busted “Design Myths” are especially compelling and great food for thought for others trying to affect similar change.   A clear sign of a design-thinking organization is that it begins to see and use design in all parts of the organization.  It’s no longer just for the “creatives” out there…or perhaps it IS once you recognize that at our core, we’re all “creatives”.
