BobbyBobby Hughes, Director of Engagement

Bobby Hughes is an award-winning senior designer and innovation consultant with a passion for creating engaging, playful experiences that promote learning and cultivate lasting, positive change.

In addition to his work at Aardvark, he has formerly led design efforts at Kaiser Permanente’s Innovation Consultancy, served as a product designer and innovation consultant at IDEO, and is a part-time lecturer at the Hasso Platner Institute of Design at Stanford University (a.k.a. the d.school).  He has consulted a variety of organizations including The North Face, Smith Sport Optics, and Teach for America, and loves bringing a design approach to tackling complex systemic problems.  Bobby holds a BS in Physics from the University of Washington and an MS in Engineering/Product Design from Stanford University.
